EXPERIENCE

Suzanne Lecocke focuses her practice in intellectual property litigation, licensing and infringement and validity opinions.  Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Lecocke served as a Federal Law Clerk to the Honorables Carl O. Bue, Jr., James DeAnda (Chief Judge), and Kenneth M. Hoyt, United States District Judges, Southern District of Texas. For most of her legal career, she has focused on patent and trademark litigation and licensing and, before joining Osha Liang, practiced at an internationally renowned law firm and a national intellectual property law boutique.  Prior to law school, Ms. Lecocke was a Computer Engineer working on the Space Shuttle Program at MITRE, a Computer Systems Supervisor at SWBT, and a Systems Specialist for the Air Force Logistics Command Center. Interspersed in her legal career, she also co-founded an NGO which assisted returning refugees in Kosovo after the Balkan War, and was a Managing Director for partner and associate placements at AM LAW 200 law firms.
