September 24, 2015: Current Issues in Architectural Copyright Litigation
The Intellectual Property Litigation and Construction Litigation Committees of the American Bar Association will be launching two Roundtable programs. Louis Bonham will lead the presentation “Current Issues in Architectural Copyright Litigation” and Michael D. Stegar will moderate. The program will take place on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Eastern. These Roundtable sessions are a free member benefit that allow you to call in from anywhere to hear live audio programs on a host of topics. This program will discuss some of the current issues in architectural copyright litigation, including liability, defenses, remedies, and insurance coverage issues.
Louis Bonham of Osha Liang has litigated architectural copyright cases for over twenty years, including most of the largest verdicts in such cases, and has handled appeals of such cases in the Second, Fourth, and Fifth Circuits.
